Job Description
Pay Range: $30/hr. on W2 (the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications)

Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for providing successful billing support for the client. The position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Accurate and timely internal and external customer billing support for assigned contracts
Completion of invoice and account reconciliations as required
Independently analyze and identify billing opportunities
Create, review and approve invoices (including self-audit checklists)
Create accounting documents and appropriately transmit invoices
Assist with collection and cash application activities as needed
Review system enhancements and make recommendations
This is a fast-paced position where the candidate must be a high performer and a quick learner. The candidate must be able and willing to support and meet tight deadlines on a continuous basis while staying focused on internal (billing team) and external (Business area/site, FAR, etc.) policies and procedures. An ability to work effectively both independently and in a supportive, diverse team environment is expected.
The selected candidate will be expected to master various systems and processes while providing excellent customer service and maintaining frequent contact with business partners. The candidate will also be expected to maintain required financial controls and support audits as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven analytical skills demonstrated through related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with familiarly in other MS tools such as Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience and aptitude for quickly learning various systems & processes
Experience demonstrating customer service skills
Ability to meet OneAero SAP system access requirements
Desired Skills:
Experience with billing and/or collections
Experience with SAP
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and short turnarounds
Flexibility to adjust schedules to meet customer needs as needed
Ability to successfully multi-task
Experience demonstrating effective teaming and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience demonstrating ability to be accountable and professional
Ability to support and meet tight deadline.
