Pay Range: $35.50/hr, the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven analytical skills demonstrated through related work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with familiarly in other MS tools such as Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience and aptitude for quickly learning various systems & processes

• Ability to meet Billings 2.0 or B2.0 system access requirements

Job Description:

• This position is primarily responsible for providing successful billing support for the  Fire Control group
• Accurate and timely internal and external customer billing support for assigned contracts in relation to 1LMX Contract Closeouts
• Completion of invoice and account reconciliations as required
• Independently analyze and identify billing opportunities
• Create, review and approve invoices (including self-audit checklists)
• Create accounting documents and appropriately transmit invoices
• Assist with collection and cash application activities as needed
• Review system enhancements and make recommendations
