Job Description:

Job Summary: We’re looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Developer with expertise in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic flows, and automation using Python and other scripting languages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, automation, and software development, with a passion for creating innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions using LLMs, Agentic flows, and Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions to drive business value
• Develop and maintain complex automation workflows using Python, shell scripts, and other scripting languages
• Integrate AI models with various data sources, APIs, and systems to enable seamless automation
• Troubleshoot and debug automation issues, ensuring high uptime and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, automation, and related technologies
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in AI automation development, with a focus on LLMs and Agentic flows
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in other scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Perl)
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Ansible, SaltStack)
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including natural language processing (NLP)
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., Google Cloud AI Platform, AWS SageMaker)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex automation issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation testing
