• $25/hr – $28/hr, The pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Job Description:

In general, these analysts will provide detailed analysis of our performance using a variety of data sources. Once KPIs and targets are learned, they will use this to provide insight into key trends on performance, demand drivers, cost implications, and opportunities.

General Responsibilities:

• • Deliver analytical reporting, recommending enhancement solutions for efficiency where appropriate
  • Ensure accurate documentation of data elements, reports, and processes/procedures
  • Follow processes and protocols for ensuring quality reporting and analysis
  • Identify ways to ensure data integrity and validate reporting results to deliver a high degree of confidence in the final outcome
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as needed, support special projects, and UAT as assigned

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or Mathematics (or 5+ years of relevant work experience in business, statistical or data analysis)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in using Microsoft SQL
• Ability to assimilate facts/data from various sources & develop analysis that provide key business insight
• Ability to identify obstacles and develop solutions
• Strong organizational and time management
• Effective communicator – written and verbal
• Self-accountability with high standards of personal performance
• Proper general business acumen and professional maturity
