Description:

• Candidate will be responsible for Technical functions in support of engineering activities in
• Assembly and bring up server platforms, support and maintenance. Installation and updates of driver software on Linux or Windows systems.
• Updating latest firmware and running system health checks on a regular basis.
• Tracking an inventory of the systems and other equipment in the lab.
• Working on the day to day operations of the lab, including debugging and resolving issues as they come up. A HS diploma or GED equivalent required for US candidates with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the following areas:
• Lab Safety Management · IT infrastructure stack and modern technologies.· Server system assembly and bring up, Server operating systems both Linux and Windows, firmware installation and debug skills.
• Ability to methodically and logically work through test setup issues and resolve them.
• Organizational skills to support an engineering Lab structure and day to day maintenance routines as needed.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a diverse team. · Knowledge of Linux commands.

Addition nice to have qualifications would be:

• Experience with day to day operations of a datacenter or lab infrastructure along with ordering lab equipment and maintaining systems.
• Configuration of managed switches.
• Experience testing, validating or troubleshooting server hardware. Basic solder and board modification skills.
