• This role will service content health needs for an internal content repository. A successful applicant will be detail oriented and have a sufficient background with market research language to review and categorize final deliverables. This person will be able to use Excel and Pivot Tables to assess content quality issues and ultimately leave the working team with a cleaner file repository that is well-tagged, adhering to nomenclature standards, with changes meticulously documented for future reference.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Expected to support large, complex, cross-functional analytics projects that may span across multiple business units, and analytics teams
• Advises business partners and leadership with regards to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets a wide variety of data to make predictions on future outcomes or identify differences in relationships amount sources of information
• Develops reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids in support of findings
• Leverage analytics, and long-term thinking to help unlock sales performance gains and adoption of best practices.
• Transform complex analyses into clear, easy-to-understand “storytelling” presentations with high impact visualizations that transform data into insights
• Serve as the objective single source of truth for all segmentation and campaign analytics performance reporting.
• Strengthen the relationship between analytics and our marketing partners.
• Be a self-starter, and continue to “move the ball forward”

Required Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge with SQL and Tableau
• Experience with Python, PowerBI and other BI software
• Experience with Snowflake, Palantir, Databricks is a plus
• Experience working with large and complex datasets. ETL.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, Marketing Information Systems (MKIS), etc.) or equivalent experience
• 2-6 years’ of relevant work experience or equivalent experience in management consulting
• Experience within high tech, software, and/or wireless/telecom industry is highly desired.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives without having direct managerial control
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high-impact product initiatives.
• Proactive and anticipatory problem solver
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Education in engineering, Economics, Math, Science, MBA.
• Analytics or consulting background
• Experience with A/B, multivariate testing
• Experience with executive storytelling, presentations
