Job Description

Pay Range: $25/hr. to $28/hr. , the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Job Description

  • Windows 10 Imaging/Deployment/Troubleshooting
  • Advanced IP Networking Troubleshooting Skills; LAN/WAN, understanding of VLANs, Network troubleshooting
  • Field service experience including support of Payment Kiosks, Video-over-Ethernet technology, Printers, Monitors, Electronic Payment Technology,
  • Customer service Skills
  • Time management Skills/ Needs to be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Personal vehicle use with IRS mileage reimbursement rates
  • Motor Vehicle Record – MVR check REQUIRED
  • Flexible work hours, possible OT
  • Physical Requirements
  • Climbing ladders (12-ft)
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Responsible for incident management and technical support of Company-Owned and Authorized Reseller Stores).
  • Technical Support activities include but are not limited to:
  • Desktop, printer, in-store VoIP, wired/wireless/data network, point of sale,
  • Specialty computing devices and related hardware
  • Signature Capture devices, Receipt Printers, Scanners
  • Self-Service Payment Kiosks
  • Video Presentation Monitors from 52” to 95 and associated network devices
  • Security Systems (Cameras and Security Desktop PC)
  • Tier 2 support for Networking Devices including but not limited to
  • Routers and switches
  • Wireless Access Points
  • Wireless Networks

Networking Skills:

  • Experience in LAN/WAN topology, including wired and wireless networks
  • Understanding of and experience with use of network troubleshooting techniques (DOS commands, network software application, etc.)
  • Advanced Troubleshooting of network cabling topology utilizing DOS commands
