Job Responsibilities:

• Support digital technologies in use by brands of Essilor
• Collaborates with L1-L3 Digital Support teams to ensure tickets are being worked and documented to completion
• Independently identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems with minimal supervision
• Process documentation
• Handle escalations effectively, providing excellent customer service
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution of all issues
• Report generation

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of the following:
• Samsung display technologies and content management software
• LED display technology
• Programming skills to automate and streamline support processes
• Computer networking
• Proficient in Windows OS and remote-control software
• Self-starter and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with the following technologies is a plus:
• Magic Info
• Meraki
• Airwatch
• HelpDesk Advanced

Required skills:

• Basic computer networking troubleshooting,
