Job Description:
Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Identity Engineer specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of identity management processes and systems, and will be responsible for planning and coordinating identity-related activities during M&A projects. This role requires a strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with various technical teams, representing the Active Directory, Federation, and Identity teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary identity representative in M&A activities, ensuring seamless integration of acquired entities’ identity systems with infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to design, plan, and execute identity migration strategies during M&A transitions.
• Work closely with Active Directory, Federation, and Identity teams to ensure successful integration and configuration of identity infrastructure.
• Develop, review, and maintain detailed documentation to support identity migration and integration activities, ensuring knowledge transfer across teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide progress updates, identify potential risks, and address any concerns related to identity integration.
• Lead and participate in meetings and workshops related to M&A identity activities, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with identity management policies and security standards throughout the M&A process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Identity, preferably with experience on Mergers and Acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of Authentication using Active Directory, Single Sign on Federation, Entra ID, and related Identity management technologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing technical documentation and project plans.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience and familiarity with identity management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications in identity management or related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator) are a plus.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
