Job Description:

• Facilities is part of a union – they just had contract negotiations and need to process retro wages for associates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Will look at historical data of payroll and rates
• Need to understand contract and rates
• # of employees needing retro pay is between 325-350
• Have to look at back and do spreadsheet analysis
• Need someone advanced in Excel/google sheets
• Payroll experience would be preferred along with a BS degree
• Need attention to detail and not afraid to ask questions
• Provide checks and balances
• Someone who works independently and self directed
