This Project Planner position is a schedule creation and management position requires extensive use of Microsoft Project / Project Server, and creating detailed supplemental schedules in Project.
Our facility in Highlands Ranch/Littleton has an immediate opportunity for an early to mid-career project planner with a focus on detailed execution of engineering to join our mission.

You will work closely with Program Planning, Engineering and CAMs to help develop the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and detailed supplemental schedules to track and manage engineering releases for spacecraft and spacecraft assemblies to meet program deadlines.
This position can be a mix of remote and onsite, depending on program needs.
You will be challenged with architecting and maintaining detailed engineering schedules, driving accountability, analysing critical paths, and reporting various engineering health metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Summary of Key Duties: In this role you wil
Architect detailed, logic-based engineering release plans and supplemental schedules in Microsoft Project in support of the IMS.
Work closely with Engineers and Engineering CAMs to develop credible and executable schedules and release plans. Help drive accountability to meet commitments.
Work closely with Program Planning to help develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Support Engineering Planning during the proposal phase of a Program and help develop the Engineering Planning Concept of Operations for the program, provide inputs for Basis of Estimates and architect early supplemental schedules.
Collaborate with Program Planning and Operations Planning counterparts frequently to maintain vertical and horizontal schedule traceability across the Program as part of the Demand Management process.
Must be proficient at using Microsoft Project and able to architect and maintain detailed supplemental schedules.
Basic Requirements:
Must be proficient at using Microsoft Project and able to architect and maintain detailed supplemental schedules.
Previous or current experience with resource loading, performing capacity management and analysis, and managing constraints within a schedule.
Previous or current planning and scheduling experience.
Previous or current experience working with Engineers / Engineering.
