Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join our Digital team. This hybrid role combines onboarding program management, new hire employee experience, and administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of the new hire experience supporting the Digital organization.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities while driving organizational goals. Additionally, the candidate is proactive with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed. Strong ability to work collaboratively, build relationships across teams and drive employee experience is crucial. This role is perfect for an ambitious professional who thrives in a multitasking environment and is eager to contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Program Management: Design, implement, and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires. Coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, training schedules, and introductions to key team members. Develop and distribute onboarding materials, such as welcome kits, guides, and training documents. Partner with hiring managers, HR, and Learning and Development to tailor development plans. Monitor and track onboarding progress, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Onboarding and Employee Experience: Serve as a point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing guidance during their transition. Collaborate cross functionally to improve onboarding processes and foster a positive employee experience. Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring that employees feel aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication. Manage calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and confirm interview details with all parties. Provide candidates with preparation materials, directions, and any necessary information before interviews. Follow up with candidates post-interview to gather feedback and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Asset Management: Collaborate with IT and hiring managers to facilitate the setup, installation, and troubleshooting of PCs and related equipment for new hires. Act as the primary point of contact for asset-related inquiries, addressing end-user needs and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate the collection and reallocation of PCs and hardware for departing employees or role changes.
