Job Description

• Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, and use/experience in using top
  marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals and ATS, experience
  using/analyzing labor market data
• Expert in utilizing job boards, social media, advanced Boolean searches, and recruitment methodologies/strategies.
• Recruit/ source/ fill low to highly complex Professional/Management roles, especially sales
  and/or technical roles
• Strong influencing skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to report out on activity effectively, track prospects
  and their progress
• Must be flexible and adaptable to the changes of activity
• Identifies labor market trends, technical hot skills and competitive data for strong partnering with enterprise-wide clients on talent requirements.
