As a Technical Writer in the Learning & Development team, you will be instrumental in creating high-quality documentation to support AI and Digital Upskilling initiatives. This position involves significant collaboration across teams to enhance employee learning experiences and actively supports change management processes to ensure smooth technology and process transitions. We are seeking someone with a strong background in technical writing, change management, and a passion for improving user comprehension.

Desired Skills:
The candidate should have over 6 years of experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Technical Communications, Education, or a related field. Proficiency in course authoring tools, as well as video, graphics, and flowcharting software for documentation, is essential. Additionally, experience or certification in change management processes and project lifecycle management is preferred.
